Step 1 — Sign up
Fill out a short form telling us about your daughter — her position, grade, goals, and what she's looking for in a mentor.
Step 2 — Get matched
We pair her with the right pro mentor within 48 hours. You'll receive a bio and intro before the first session.
Step 3 — First session
Your daughter and her mentor meet for their first 30-minute session. No agenda — just a real conversation to get to know each other and set goals.
Step 4 — Build momentum
Sessions happen consistently throughout the month, with homework and check-ins between them. Progress is visible and measurable.
Step 5 — Her path, her pace
Stay as long as it's working.
